Shipping
All art will be shipped through the US Postal Service Priority Mail, which will take from 1 to 3 days anywhere
in the US. All shipments will be insured for the purchase price. For international shipments, please call or email us to discuss shipping options.
CA residents are charged 7.75% sales tax. The following are the shipping and handling charges, based on
purchase amount:

Returns
We stand behind our products and want our customers to be pleased with their purchases.
If what you have ordered arrives damaged or an item was incorrectly sent to you, please contact
us immediately (no later than 3 days after receipt of the item) at returns@sisters-art.com via e-mail. Please list "DAMAGED/INCORRECT GOODS"
in the subject line and state clearly the item you are requesting to return and the reason for return.
In the case of a damaged or incorrectly sent item, we will either refund the amount of the purchase to
your credit card, or allow you to pick a replacement item of the same value. The new item will be shipped
or the refund processed at the time of return of the damaged merchandise.
If you find that you ordered something and decide that it is not what you wanted, you may, within 14 days
from the date the order was received, request an exchange for a comparably priced item or a refund to your
credit card account (less a 10% inventory fee) as long as the original item is returned in like-new condition with original packaging
and materials. Please contact us at returns@sisters-art.com via e-mail, listing "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line.
State clearly the item you are requesting to return and the reason for return. In the case of an exchange, please list
the item you would like to receive in its place. Shipping and handling will be charged on these types of exchanges.
Original shipping and handling will not be refunded. The new item will be shipped or the refund processed at the time
of return of the original merchandise.
